  (3) Mechanical Status: Compressed air is not pure, very easy to cause gas road plugging, so that the supply pressure is unstable, weft flight uneven and form weft contraction. Trachea, joints, regulating valves and other air parts leakage caused by air pressure instability, the impact of normal flight weft.

  (4) Not clear: even the very mild yarn relaxation and adhesion between the fibers will make the weft flight blocked, forming weft contraction.

  (5) The process of weft insertion is unreasonable: stop yarn needle release time is improper, nozzle solenoid valve Opening and closing time is not allowed, the nozzle pressure is too high or too low, resulting in the weft before the flight crowded, weft can not be straight over the shuttle mouth and cause weft contraction; the right side of the hinge closed time late, not in time to clip the weft, Weft contraction caused by unreasonable insertion time: The weft insertion is too early, opening height is not enough, easy to appear due to warp hairiness and other defects caused by weft flight is not smooth and increase the phenomenon of weft shrinkage; On the other hand, the weft is too late, the weft reaches the corner late, the opening height is relatively small, the head end of the weft and the warp collide, resulting in weft In addition, the injection time with improper, when the weft to a certain place, the auxiliary nozzle solenoid valve is not opened in time, resulting in the weft in the relaxation state flying, forming weft contraction.

  (6) Workshop temperature and humidity: temperature and humidity in the workshop is low, the elasticity between fibers is relatively enhanced, friction force decreases, and the twisting torque increases.

  The general weft twist coefficient is relatively small, the yarn strength is lower, the twist increases 5 ~ 9, can effectively reduce the weft breakage, the use of rotor spinning can effectively reduce the yarn details; Strengthen the overhaul of the weft detection device, clean up the fly of H1 and H2 weft detector in time, reduce the normal pressure of the main nozzle, the nozzle pressure in the case of the weft can pass through the small control, air-jet loom strengthen technical training, improve block work responsibility, strict implementation of the Operation law.

  3 Double weft

  Cause Analysis:

  When alternating weft insertion, the first ring weft of the other weft storage device is introduced into the fabric, form a treaty on the left side of the cloth on the double weft defect of CM, the analysis shows that there are several reasons for the weft stripping of the weft collector: the failure of the rebound spring of the weft, which results in the inaccurate and unstable angle of the retaining needle opening and falling, the weft is easy to get out of the gauze needle, and the yarn is not centered on the yarn-storage drum, and the weft is slid out from the yarn drum; the distance from the weft to the pressurized nozzle is too close, The weft is swung violently from the weft, and it is easy to throw out from the retaining yarn; the pressurized nozzle failed to align with the center of the weft storage device, and the yarn ring was irregular. And the position angle of the main nozzle is not correct, causing the weft tension is unstable when the scissors is cut, the weft rebound is ejected from the weft, air-jet loom the left scissors are loosened, the cutting time is unstable, the edge is not sharp, the weft is pulled up and the weft rebound is aggravated.

  4 Dilute Road

  Cause Analysis:

  (1) The displacement of the weaving mouth. When the loom stops, the cloth and the warp are all subjected to a larger upper machine tension, at which time the weaving mouth is detached from the reed, due to warp creep and relaxation, the weaving mouth deviation from its normal weaving when the corresponding position, the size of the deviation with the length of the stop time and change, when driving again, if the location of the weaving mouth improper treatment, on the cloth form a dense road. In addition, the number of idle trains, thorn ring tension, coiling mechanism winding tension is insufficient, will also make the weaving mouth displacement.

  (2) Poor equipment condition. As the loom runs continuously for a long time, some mechanical parts, parts gradually appear wear or even failure, and the movement accuracy is reduced, or the first weft after driving is insufficient, failed to fully penetrate the first weft weaving mouth, or in the break yarn when the brake is not enough, there is weft vacancy and the trouble caused by the delivery of the scriptures.


  (1) Reduce shutdown frequency.   (2) Equipment maintenance. The rubber skin of the roll-taking friction roller is too long to use, wear large, rubber skin surface roughness gradually reduced and the friction coefficient of the fabric is reduced, the rotation of the cloth and roll between the sometimes slipping phenomenon, the formation of the two sides of the normal, the middle of the obvious secret road weaving defects, affecting the production quality, therefore, we must promptly replace the failure of rubber skin.

  (3) Optimize process parameters. The warp tension of the symmetrical spindle is low when the shuttle mouth is full, which can reduce the dense road, but the fabric style is poor. Back and forward position of the rear beam, the rear warp of the spindle, especially the higher the upper warp, the lower the tension peak, the smaller the tension mutation, the less dense road, but the rear-end is increased. The high and low position of the stop-through frame should be slightly lower than the warp position of the flat, air-jet loom when the weft can be lowered properly and the dense road can be raised appropriately. The front and rear position of the stopping frame determines the rear warp length of the spindle. The stopping of the warp is also advantageous to reduce the peak of warp tension when opening, and reduce the density of dense road. In the process of opening, the opening movement is small, it is not easy to produce sparse dense road. Opening time according to the different fabric structure and warp density settings, the earlier the opening, the more tight warp, the general thick fabric for the benefit of weft. In addition, if there is a secret path, it reduces the reverse of the weaving shaft before driving, and if there is a dilute path, it increases the reverse amount of the weaving shaft before driving. After setting up the parameters according to the above method, the loom can enter the normal weaving operation program.
