How to save energy of textile Air-jet loom

The high energy consumption of Air-jet looms is mainly in the energy consumption of nozzles. The jet loom manufacturing enterprises have studied the nozzle holes of the auxiliary nozzles very early, using the shape of single hole, porous and inverted cone, many of them have been applied in practice, and the auxiliary nozzles with various aperture shapes have their advantages. Innovations in the nozzle (including the main and auxiliary nozzles) and the trachea not only save energy but also improve the quality of weft insertion.
